- The PBSCCS MLB Winter Meetings Trade Show offers you the unique opportunity to get your product or services in front of all the industry decision makers from each MLB team in an intimate and friendly environment.
- Launch, Promote, Interact, Sample, or Demo your goods and services to all the performance staff in one 6-hour venue!
- This one-day exclusive trade show event will be 6 hours of non-stop exhibiting with high traffic and will be packed from start to stop!
- All exhibitor spaces are 10 x 10 outlined with pipe and drape to shape the company store front, 1 skirted 6ft table, 2 chairs, trash can, and vendor badge. (2 employees are recommended)
- We allow multi space purchases, if that what is needed to introduce your products to MLB. Spaces larger than 10×10 receive 2 skirted tables and 4 chairs.
- Free Wi-Fi is available. Secured parking is available for all exhibitors.
- The PBSCCS wants all companies to enjoy their time with us, so we will provide snacks and drinks during the Trade Show.
- The PBSCCS Board would also like to thank all the companies who support the PBSCCS and help us Educate MLB Strength & Conditioning Coaches by inviting all to come and relax at a POST Trade Show Reception.
Booth placement is at the discretion of the PBSCCS
Company booths will be placed in the best space available based on your Vendor Level and early registration.

The PBSCCS Trade Show at the MLB Winter Meetings is an invaluable resource to MLB Strength & Conditioning Coaches. Their ability to try new products and put a name to a face or company cannot be replaced by phone calls, zooms, flyers, or emails. In person is the best way to test run or taste new products as you form an opinion on what are the best products for our players. Looking forward to building long-lasting relationships!
